Jonas Jenwald cd48f05597 Remove the data-pdfjsprinting attribute on the <body> when destroying FirefoxPrintService/PDFPrintService instances (issue 10948)
Also, cleans up variable definitions slightly in the `FirefoxPrintService.layout` method.
